David Reilly is a current member of the City Council in St. Marys.

David currently works as an independent consultant providing services to Dawson, Inc., VT Group Technical Services, and SECURIGUARD. He previously worked as a program manager for VT Group, overseeing Kings Bay Operating Services. David also served as the production resource manager at Pearl Harbor Navy Shipyard. Before that, he worked as an engineer and program manager for NOESIS, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia. After retiring from active duty in the Navy, David served as the general manager of a professional staff of international engineers providing technical, program, and budget oversight to the Saudi Navy in Riyadh, KSA.

David is a retired Navy Captain, with 38 years of naval service. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a master's degree in business administration. David is actively involved in the Navy League, serving as a national vice president. He also serves on the board of directors of the Camden Kings Bay Council as the vice president for Legislative Affairs.
