Greg received a diploma in accounting from DeKalb Technical College, and also has a technical certificate in computerized accounting applications from DeKalb Technical College. Greg and his wife have a daughter and reside in Glascock County. 


Greg holds 15 years of experience working in both direct and indirect management for three major manufacturing facilities—Snapper, Magni-fad, and Scotts Co. For the past 7 years, he has served as manager for a community water system. 

Greg Johnson's campaign for County Commission Chair in Glascock County is his first entry into politics.

- County Commission Chairs have additional executive duties including coordinating with the office of the Mayor for your county, appointing Commissioners to committees, and representing your county at official functions.
