Noel Williams was elected State House Representative for District 148 in 2019 and has held the position since. He is the vice chairman of the Insurance Committee and a member of the Natural Resources and Environment, Retirement, Ways and Means, Game Fish and Parks, Small Business Development, and State Planning & Community Affairs committees. He also served on the House Majority Caucus Whip Team.

Noel is currently a board member for the South Georgia Banking Company and the Crisp Regional Hospital. He is also a partner at Partners Benefit Group. Noel spent 13 years working for Life of the South Insurance Agency.

Noel graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in political science. He is a member of the Cordele First United Methodist Church and serves on the church’s council.
