Bill Edgy

Austin graduated from Fort Hunt High School in Alexandria, Virginia. He has a Bachelor's in Building and Construction and Master's in Building Construction, Construction Finishing, and Management and Inspection from the University of Florida, and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Florida. 

Dave Austin is a Public Works Director with the Glynn County Board of Commissioners, previously serving that role with the Clay County Board of County Commissioners. He is a US Army veteran, and previously served as a Lieutenant Colonel, Public Works Director, and Deputy Commander.
