Sealy is from Pulaski County, where she still resides today. She graduated from Hawkinsville High School and holds an Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. 

Sealy is the Director of Engineering for the 638th Supply Chain Management Group. She is also an Engineering Flight Chief with the United States Air Force.
