Timothy Reeder

Tony P. Moore was raised in North Carolina and attended Lenoir Community College, where he earned an associate degree in 1971. He furthered his education by obtaining a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University in 1983 and a master's degree in education from East Carolina University in 1987. 

Tony P. Moore has served as a public works administrator for the town of Winterville and as an educator at Pitt County School. He has also led the North Carolina Driving School, which serves over 23,000 public school students annually with a team of 161 instructors.

Tony Moore served in the North Carolina Senate representing the state's fifth district from January 1, 2003, to January 1, 2005. He also served as an Alderman in Winterville. In 2020, he ran for the North Carolina House of Representatives to represent District 8.
