Allison Russo is the state representative for District 7. She was elected in 2018. She has served as the House minority leader since 2022.

Allison works as the research director for a health policy research firm. She has worked in other healthcare research and analysis roles.

Allison received a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the Mississippi University for Women, a master's degree in public health epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a doctoral degree in health policy from George Washington University. She lives in Upper Arlington with her husband, Brian, and their 3 children.
