Haraz N. Ghanbari is a state representative in State House District 75. He was appointed in March 2019. He was re-elected in 2020 and is serving his 2nd term. He was elected to the Perrysburg City Council in 2018.

Haraz is a public affairs officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves, where he holds the rank of lieutenant commander and has served for 15 years. He previously worked as the director of military and veteran affairs for the University of Toledo, as a staff photojournalist for The Associated Press, and as a photojournalist for the U.S. Army National Guard.

Haraz attended Kent State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in visual journalism, and the University of Toledo, where he earned a master's degree in military and strategic leadership. He and his wife Kim live in Perrysburg, Ohio, with their 2 children. He and his family attend CeaderCreek Church.
