Alicia is an Ohio native. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and her law degree from the University of Toledo School of Law. Alicia and her husband, Russell, have four children, all of whom were born and raised in Huron and graduated from Huron High School. She currently resides with her family in Huron.
