Beth is from Ohio. She earned her medical degree and Ph.D. from Ohio State University and studied internal medicine and pediatrics at Yale New Haven Hospital.  She is married and has 2 children. 

Beth is a professor of clinical medicine at Ohio State University. She has been a doctor in Columbus for nearly two decades.
