Steve Farrow | Dalton, GA

Steve is a Dalton native and graduated from Dalton High School. From there, he continued his studies at the University of Tennessee, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with high honors in 1979, and then obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1982.

Steve is a partner at Warren & Griffin, P.C., where he has practiced law since 2014. He previously served as city attorney for Dalton while with The Minor Firm from 2006 to 2014. He also represented Dalton Utilities. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Farrow & Farrow, P.C., and served as an assistant district attorney in the Lookout Judicial Circuit. He was also a law clerk for U.S. District Judge William O. Bertelsman.

Steve is currently a council member for Dalton City Council, Ward 4. He was first elected in 2021 and is currently serving his first term. He previously served in the Georgia State Senate from 1993 to 1996 and on the State Transportation Board from 2008 to 2009.
