Rhonda Y. Keith was born in Carrollton, Georgia to the parents of the late Mr. William Keith and Mrs. Irene Keith, of Bowdon, Georgia. She’s returned to her native Bowdon after a long residency in Houston, Texas. Her childhood education was received at Hudson Elementary School with the completion of secondary education at Bowdon High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication at Clark College in Atlanta., Georgia. Further matriculation took place at Ball State University in Muncie , Indiana. Rhonda is a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Bowdon, Georgia where her faith filled service and leadership includes and not limited to Worship Leader, Lay Servant and Mission Coordinator and Nomination Coordinator for the United Women in Faith.

Rhonda's campaign for Bowdon City Council Member, District 1 is her first entry into politics.
