Shean is the principal consultant at the Atkins Group, where he provides strategy, planning and design, community engagement, external relations, and program development services for public and private sector clients. Before starting his own firm, he served as vice president of external and governmental affairs and corporate communications for Atlanta Housing. In this role, he led the development of strategic plans and built partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies and educational institutions. Earlier in his career, he worked as an architectural designer for a local architecture firm and spent ten years as the chief of staff and senior legislative advisor for the longest-serving member of the Atlanta City Council.
