Eric Howard is from Cuthbert, Georgia. He attended Randolph Clay High School and Valdosta Technical College. He lives with his wife, Tyra Howard, and their two children in Valdosta.

Eric is the owner of Titletown Cleaning Service. He also works at Family Healthcare. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force.

Eric is currently a member of the Valdosta City Council, representing District 4. He was first elected in November 2017 and began his first term in January 2018. He was re-elected to a second term in November 2021 and is currently serving his second term.
