Kaycee Brock earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Florida State University, a master’s degree in education from the City University of New York-Hunter College, and a doctorate degree in entrepreneurial leadership in education from Johns Hopkins University.

Kaycee currently works as the founder and principal consultant of K. Brock Consulting, LLC and as the postsecondary access and success lead at Charter School Growth Fund. She previously worked as director of KIPP Through College External Impact at the KIPP Foundation, student engagement director for Warnock for U.S. Senate, founding director of school culture at DREAM, college and career planning manager at the New York City Department of Education, director of college access and success at Harlem Village Academies, and as a teacher through Teach for America.

Kaycee's campaign for Atlanta City Board of Education Member is her first entry into politics.
