Amanda Wall is from Belmont, North Carolina. She has a master's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She lives with her two children in Belmont.

Amanda is currently a member of the Belmont City Council. She was appointed to her position in July 2023 and is serving her first term. She has previously served three terms on the Belmont City Council from 2010 to 2022. 

Supports reducing taxes for a third consecutive year, but wants to find a balance between a revenue neutral tax rate and a rate which is both fair to residents and allows the city to upgrade infrastructure and meet capital needs.

Marc Seelinger - Belmont, NC

Marc Seelinger is from a small town outside Raleigh. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese, along with a minor in history. He lives with his wife, Cherry, and their son, Winston, in Belmont. He is an active member of Queen of the Apostles parish, where he serves on the parish finance council.

Marc previously served as a councilman and mayor for the city of Belmont. He was first elected to the city council in 2019 and served until 2023. He was appointed mayor in 2023 but did not seek reelection.
