Jack Lambert is from Cabarrus County. He has a bachelor's degree in the administration of justice from Catawba College, a professional certification in municipal finance from Rowan Cabarrus Community College, and a certificate in small business management and accounting from Duke University.

Jack is the Vice President of Operations at L&L Core Supply, the largest secondary metal recycling center in Concord. He is also a part-owner of the family business, which has been operating since 1989. Jack has worked at L&L Core Supply since he was 16 years old.
