Jeff Winecoff has an associate's degree in HVAC and refrigeration from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is married and has one son, a daughter, and three granddaughters.

Jeff is currently the mayor of Boiling Spring Lakes. He was elected in 2021 and is serving his first term. Before serving as mayor, he spent 9 1/2 years as a councilman for Oak Island. He vacated his Oak Island Town Council seat in May 2021 after moving to Boiling Spring Lakes.
