TJ is currently the Mayor of Morrisville. He was elected in 2017 and is serving his second term. He previously served on the Morrisville Town Council from 2013 to 2017.

Supports managing growth to protect neighborhoods, preserve green space, and support housing that builds generational wealth.

Supports targeted density that provides affordable housing, opposes redevelopment that results in a net loss of existing affordable housing, and supports legislation that enables municipalities to require developers to provide a certain percentage of affordable housing for larger-scale new residential developments.

Supports fully funding police and fire departments.

Plans to invest in roadway improvements to reduce congestion, including new roads, road widening, and intersection improvements.

Supports investing in alternative forms of mobility such as buses, commuter rail, and bicycle and pedestrian amenities.
