William Morgan is running for election for Mayor of Statesville in North Carolina. Morgan is on the ballot in the general election on November 4, 2025. He previously ran for election to the Statesville City Council At-Large in North Carolina in 2022 but did not win. Morgan served on the Statesville City Council from 2013 to 2022 and was mayor pro tempore from 2018 to 2022. He also served on the Statesville Planning Board from 2008 to 2013.
