David Monroe is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and former federal agent. He served in the Marine Corps from 1982 to 2016, holding various roles including multi-channel radio operator, rifle platoon commander, and criminal investigator. After retiring, he worked as a special agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
