Cooleemee resident asks board member to resign | Davie County ...

Josh Ijames ran for a seat on the Cooleemee Town Board in 2025 but withdrew his name from consideration before the election.

As of September 3, 2025, Josh Ijames did not have a website or any information online.

Created the Cooleemee Action Forum, which is a neighborhood organization that allows citizens and non-citizens to participate more openly in a public forum.

Called for the resignation of Commissioner Chris Almond due to "negligence" related to the embezzlement case involving former town clerk Aaron Thies.
