Marian Goetzinger is from North Alabama and Middle Tennessee. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in creative writing and social work from Jacksonville State University. She lives with her husband, Ted, and their two daughters, Meredith and Amy, in Pine Knoll Shores. She attends St. Francis by the Sea Episcopal Church.

Marian is the owner and broker in charge of Pine Knoll Shores Realty, LLC. She has worked as a real estate professional since 1996. Earlier in her career, she worked as an advocate for battered women and children in Crystal Coast.
