Tonya Reynolds Bartlett has a bachelor's degree in business management. She lives with her husband, Robert Bartlett, and their two children in Troutman. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Troutman.

Tonya is a real estate agent. She previously worked as a mortgage loan officer and a licensed appraiser trainee.

Tonya's campaign for Troutman Town Council Member is her first entry into politics.
