Radele Walker is from Cypress, Texas. She has a bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies and a master of education in educational leadership from the University of Houston. She attends Risen Church in Cypress. She is married and has three children and seven grandchildren.

Radele is an assistant principal at Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. She began her career in the district as a school bus driver, and has also worked as a special education paraprofessional at Cy-Fair High School, a teacher, and a district coordinator. Radele and her husband also own and operate a business in the Cy-Fair community that was established in 1983.

Radele Walker's campaign for Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District Board Member is her first entry into politics.
