Peter Hubbard has bachelor's degrees in physics, mathematics, and French from the University of Memphis and master's degrees in international relations, economics, and energy policy from Johns Hopkins. He was born in Akron, Ohio and currently lives in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta. He is married and has two kids.
